Heritage Developments was established by its present owners in 1996, and, as our list of satisfied customers keeps growing, has developed from strength to strength since then.
From small beginnings, we have progressed to being a locally large development and building firm.
We specialise in the renovation of period properties and the conversion of redundant farm buildings into beautiful character homes, and also take on new build projects.
Mainly this has been done as development work, i.e. purchasing, obtaining planning permission developing and subsequently selling the property.
We have also acted as building contractors to the private individual on a number of occasions either where the building owner already has plans for the building to be converted or we act as a Design and Build service.
We are based in Cleobury Mortimer in Shropshire, so cover the whole of South Shropshire, North Herefordshire and into Worcestershire.
We have converted a very wide range of buildings from a luxury 5 bedroom detached house to an attached 1 bedroom cottage for use as a holiday let.
We are members of the Federation of Master Builders, Trustmark and the NRWB (National Register of Warranted Builders)
